Transcript: Integrating Digital and Direct Mail Marketing

We have a digital-first marketing strategy. We know that leads that come through digital channels convert faster. Gone are the days of driving by communities to scope them out before calling. Today, prospects go online and conduct all their research. By the time a prospect even fills out a form, they have already narrowed their options to their top three choices.

Because of this, we prioritize digital marketing but complement it with traditional methods. One of the most effective strategies we use is integrating direct mail with digital tactics. For example, if a visitor explores our website but does not convert—and they meet specific demographic criteria—we send them a direct mail piece to bring them back to the site and encourage conversion.

Additionally, for general lead generation, we send out direct mail pieces that contain a call to action exclusively available on our website. We even implement this strategy using Roobrik. Roobrik is not only a tool for lead nurturing and engagement; we also use it as a primary call to action in our direct mail campaigns to drive lead generation.
