Learn why repetition builds confidence and helps prospects make informed decisions.

Studies say you have to tell somebody something 7 to 12 times before it truly registers.

One of my favorite people in history is Vince Lombardi, one of the greatest football coaches ever. He said, “My secret is simple. I tell them, I tell them, and I tell them again.”

And that’s exactly what we need to do when explaining financial options to families.

I’ll never forget a woman we helped. When we finally got her mom approved for a bridge loan, she broke down in tears and said, “Oh my God, I’m so happy—I’m going to go out on the porch, have a Chardonnay, and dance with my dog!”

She had been stuck until we repeated the message enough times for it to click.

If we want families to move forward, we need to embrace repetition.

With tools like Roobrik, family alignment and discovery become easier, faster, and more productive—helping everyone move toward the right senior living decision.
