Too many systems, not enough clarity. AI may be the answer.

In this Senior Living Minute, Gabe Melchor explains how data fragmentation, the challenge of managing insights across many disconnected systems, slows down senior living operations. He shares how AI-powered natural language querying can help leaders access real insights faster by simply asking questions in plain English.

Learn how to transform your data into clear, actionable decisions without needing a dashboard.

Transcript: Navigating Data Fragmentation in Senior Living Operations

What we’re seeing in the industry today is there’s a lot of focus on how to battle fragmentation.

And what I mean by fragmentation is we have an ecosystem of systems of record, applications, software that all do things very well.

And now that these are kind of established, the challenge is: How do we make a picture across these applications to have more meaningful decisions based on data?

It looks like it’s hard to answer basic questions because we need data from each of these fragmented systems in a single source of truth.

One of the things that we’re excited about is introducing natural language query against a curated dataset.

What this will do is let you, as someone who maybe doesn’t want to get in the nuts and bolts of building visualizations or dashboards, just ask it a question in English: “What kind of acuity trends am I seeing for the past 12 months?”

And then using AI agents, we can serve up an answer based on a curated dataset using natural language querying.
