Transcript: Embrace the Importance of Sales in Senior Living

Senior living still struggles with how it views sales. If you look outside the industry, you see an embrace of sales as a skill—but in senior living, we tiptoe around it.

There’s this fear of being pushy, and because of that, we end up overcompensating by not leading families through the decision-making process.

The reality is, if we truly believe in our product and our mission, then we should own the sales process with confidence.

Instead of leaving prospects and families on their own, we need to say, “I can help you make this decision. I can provide the guidance you need.”

When we embrace sales, we help more people, convert more leads, and make a greater impact.
