Reaching every senior living prospect requires a multi-channel approach.
In this Senior Living Minute, Andrea Backes explains how marketing teams must balance awareness tactics, educational content, and conversion strategies to engage both early-stage and ready-to-move prospects.
Discover why search engines, social media, and digital content all play a crucial role in senior living marketing success.
For the upcoming demographic entering the search for senior living, we need to focus on two key objectives. First, how do we reach people actively looking for senior living right now? Second, how do we engage those who are just beginning their journey and exploring their options?
To effectively connect with both audiences, we must participate in a full range of strategies—from general awareness tactics to educational content that supports consideration, all the way down to bottom-of-the-funnel efforts. This includes ensuring that our website is not only optimized for conversion but also providing users with the critical information they need.
Additionally, we need to drive people to the website in the first place. It’s no longer just about Google search. We need to explore other platforms, such as YouTube, where we already have a wealth of video content. The key is leveraging that content strategically to enhance our visibility in search engine results.
Ultimately, success comes from meeting people where they are—whether that’s on social media, researching on Google, or engaging with content in other spaces—and ensuring we are present and accessible in those moments.
