For clients who still use direct mail, it remains one of the most trusted mediums out there. People aged 75 to 90 grew up with direct mail—and they still trust it.

We’re seeing great success using it for event marketing, move-ins, and even gathering insights about what future residents want. On a recent survey, we had 760 responses—560 of those were mailed back as paper surveys.

It’s incredible to see how direct mail is coming back full circle after 20 years. We used it extensively back then, and now we’re seeing more communities reintroduce it as part of their marketing mix.
