Transcript: Building Trust Is the Key to Senior Living Sales

I’m most fired up about giving my team the tools and resources to conduct more face-to-face visits with our prospects and schedule home visits.

It helps build that connection and relationship, and then ultimately leads to trust. If they don’t trust us, they’ll never move in.

We’re looking at not only the number of call-outs, but also the number of connections with those call-outs, capturing both face-to-face interactions and the percentage of time spent in the selling zone, ensuring that we’ve established a relationship and built trust before they come in to tour.

We hold weekly coaching calls with our team. Additionally, we have a monthly company-wide call to review our Fast Track Centered Selling.

We have call recordings that are enjoyable to listen to, and they also provide training that is in-person and in-the-moment.
