Transcript: Eliminate the Paper Brochure for a More Personalized Approach

Over the past year, one of our initiatives has been to clear the clutter for our sales teams. One way we have done that is by eliminating the traditional tour brochure.

Instead of handing prospects folders full of inserts and every floor plan for every level of care, we encourage our teams to focus on what they do best—building relationships. Handing someone generic information does not create a personalized experience. It often feels impersonal and does not demonstrate a true understanding of what they are looking for.

To solve this, we have replaced stacks of paper with a single, streamlined tool that enhances the discovery process. After a tour, prospects receive a personalized landing page tailored for post-tour visitors. This page helps guide them through next steps, encourages them to make a deposit, and provides an easy way to share information with loved ones.

By leveraging digital tools instead of relying on outdated brochures, we are improving engagement and making the sales experience more efficient and meaningful.
