I would say with AI, it improves so fast. I think there’s a series of questions that need to be answered before anybody dives headfirst into any type of AI.
First one is going to be, well, what do you want it to do? How do you want it to interact with your organization? And how do you want it to interact with your consumers? Because the answer to that is going to be totally different.
And become abundantly clear on what a success would look like so that you can measure it and see the impact that it’s having.
A lot of people are diving into AI and instead relying on others to kind of guide them. And it can be a little scary because it might start doing things that you weren’t intending.
I think having clarity going into it is really important. But I also think at the same time don’t hold back because there’s going to be a lot of information that is going to be incredibly important and ultimately improve efficiencies.
