Reputation management shouldn’t just be reactive; it should drive better experiences.
In this Senior Living Minute, Alex Bennett explains how Opiniion is reshaping the industry with proactive strategies that go beyond simply monitoring reviews. By fixing experiences in real-time, communities can generate more positive reviews, boost organic traffic, and drive more leads without paying for them.
Learn why it’s time to move beyond reacting and start building your reputation proactively.
Reputation management could mean I’m responding to reviews, or I am watching my reviews. I’m just monitoring my reviews. Everything in the reputation space right now is very reactive. It’s reacting to things that happen to you online, and there’s nothing that drives that.
And so where we are at Opiniion is we consider ourselves and we are a very proactive strategy in a reactive environment. We’re reputation management plus plus plus.
The idea is it’s so much more than just responding to reviews. We think better experiences at the foundation equal better online reviews. We can fix the experiences in real time and deliver a better product to the clients and to the residents who live in our communities.
We’ll then be driving and leveraging that into better online reviews. And so that’s where we come in. That’s where we think like the old ways are reactive. You can stay in that realm, but nothing will change.
But if you can create a strategy that gives you more online reviews, you’ll then be driving more organic traffic, you get more eyeballs on your site, and delivering more leads to yourself rather than having to pay.
